Injection system is one of the most important parts of injection molding machine. There are 3 main forms: plunger type, screw type, screw pre plastic plunger injection type. Screw type is the most used at present. |
Vertical injection molding machines function the same as traditional horizontal machines. But they are orientated to operate on the vertical axis. This type of machine is available in hydraulic, electric and hybrid executions to meet a range of customer requirements. |
Vertical injection molding machines must very little floor space due to the orientation of the machine. Vertical injection molding machines are particularly suited for insert molding applications. Components can be easily loaded into the mold and held in place by gravity before over molding. |
Vertical injection molding machines often incorporate a shuttle. Or rotary table, allowing loading and demolding within the machines cycle time. |
• Ergonomic operations thanks to wide range of different clamping systems
• Short cycle times and high productivity thanks to machine versions with various rotary tables and sliding tables
• Servo-electric rotary tables for precise and reliable processing of delicate inserts
• Simple integration into automated production lines
• Particularly space-saving, compact design
